Follow these simple steps to purchase and configure your game server:

Log into your billing account to access the dashboard. You’ll see all navigation options that allow you to manage various tasks and browse available server options.

Now it’s time to select your server specifications. This step is crucial for optimal performance.

Select Your Server Location

Choose the data center location closest to your primary player base for the best performance.
Pro Tip: Select your server location based on the region with the lowest ping from your country or your players’ locations. This ensures the best possible speed and connection quality.

Select Your Server Specifications

Choose the specifications that best match your needs and budget. Consider the following:

CPU

Ensure enough processing power for your game or application. Higher CPU performance = smoother gameplay.

RAM

Choose sufficient memory to handle player loads and performance demands. More RAM = more players.

Storage

Select enough storage based on your server needs.

Backup slots

Select enough backup slots if you want your data to be saved daily.

  • Server Software: Choose the correct server software according to your needs
  • Splits: Enables to split your server in small parts to accomodate proxies or multiple gamemodes

Accessing Your New Server

After successfully purchasing your server, you can access and manage it by following these steps:

Log into your billing panel and navigate to the main dashboard

Look for the “Services” or “My Services” section in the navigation menu

Click on “View All” to see your complete list of active servers

Select Your Server

Find and click on your newly purchased service from the list

Click “Go to Server” to start managing and configuring your server

What Happens After Purchase

Once your payment is confirmed, here’s what to expect: Immediate (0-5 minutes):
  • Order confirmation email sent to your registered email
  • Payment receipt generated
  • Server provisioning begins automatically
Within 15 minutes:
  • Server fully provisioned and online
  • Game panel account created automatically
  • Welcome email with server details and credentials sent
  • Server appears in your services dashboard

Most servers are provisioned automatically within 5-15 minutes after payment confirmation. During peak times, it may take up to 30 minutes. You’ll receive an email once your server is ready.
